We have opportunities throughout the year for regular attendees to consider becoming a member of Huntington Baptist Church.

There are many reasons to become a member of a local church. 

  1. Membership demonstrates one’s belief that life should be lived in a community.

  2. Membership provides the protection of spiritual covering.

  3. Members receive pastoral care and access to church resources.

  4. Membership demonstrates submission to spiritual authority.

  5. Members may receive the benefits of church discipline in the hope of restoration.

  6. Members may have a voice in church government.

  7. Members are eligible for leadership in church ministries.
